„Minne“ war die vierte und vorletzte LP von Joy Unlimited aus Mannheim, eingespielt 1974, veröffentlicht 1975. Es handelte sich, wie auch bei „Schmetterlinge“ und „Reflections“, um ein Ballett-Werk mit progressiver Musik, diesmal mittelhochdeutsch gesungen - die Texte samt Übersetzung sind beigefügt. Bei jedem einzelnen Stück wird deutlich, welch fähige Musiker dort spielten. Beim instrumentalen „Bacchanal“ begeistert vor allem die pulsierende Orgel von Roland Heck, vom Schlagzeug vorangetrieben. Die CD wurde von den Mutterbändern gezogen. Die neun Bonus-Tracks setzen sich wie folgt zusammen: erst sechs bislang unveröffentlichte Studio-Aufnahmen von 1971 und 1972, dann „Achtigall“, das Joy Unlimited für eine Märchen-LP eingespielt hatten, und zum Schluß noch zwei Stücke von einer Single, mit verzerrtem Saxophon, das fast wie E-Gitarre klingt.

„Minne” was the fourth and second to last LP by Joy Unlimited from Mannheim; it was recorded in 1974 and released in 1975. It is, as its forerunners “Schmetterlinge” and “Reflections”, a ballet work with progressive music, this time sung in Middle High German - the lyrics together with their translation have been enclosed. With every single track the talent of the musicians who were playing there becomes obvious. In the instrumental “Bacchanal” the vibrant organ, played by Roland Heck and driven on by the drums, is particularly inspirational. The CD was drawn from the master tapes. The nine bonus tracks consist of the following tracks: first of all six as yet unreleased studio recordings from 1971 and 1972, then “Achtigall” which Joy Unlimited had recorded for a fairy-tale LP, and finally the two tracks from a 7” single, with a fuzzed saxophone sounding almost like an electric guitar.
