Ihre LP von 1972 ist die teuerste Platte des deutschsprachigen Raumes. Am 2.10.1996 fanden sich Tyburn Tall zu einem einmaligen Auftritt in Speyer wieder zusammen, der nicht wiederholt werden soll. In der alten Besetzung und im bewährten Stil spielten sie vor 700 bis 800 begeisterten Zuhörern ihre Stücke von damals, einige bekannte Stücke von anderen Gruppen wie ELP, The Nice und Colosseum sowie auch ganz Neues. Dieser Auftritt wurde fachmännisch mitgeschnitten und der größte Teil davon auf der CD "Live...and passion" veröffentlicht. Daß sie nichts verlernt haben und der Abend ihnen großen Spaß machte, ist deutlich zu hören. Hervorzuheben sind die neuen Stücke "Prelude" und "Friday", beide von Tyburn Tall selbst geschrieben. Im zwanzigseitigen Farbheftchen finden sich reichlich Bilder und alles Wissenswerte zum Auftritt.

Their 1972 album is the most expensive record from the German-speaking countries. On 10 / 2 / 1996, Tyburn Tall got together again to play one single gig in the town of Speyer, an event which is not to be repeated. With the old line-up and in their tried and tested style they played their old songs, some well-known pieces by other bands like ELP, The Nice and Colosseum but also completely new stuff to an enthusiastic audience of 700 to 800. This gig was recorded in an expert way and most of it released on the CD "Live...and passion". One can hear clearly that they haven´t forgotten how to play and were really enjoying the evening. The new tracks, "Prelude" and "Friday", both of them own compositions, are excellent. The 20-page coloured booklet offers loads of photographs and everything worth knowing about the gig.
