The Shiver sind wohl die bekannteste Psychedelic-Gruppe der Schweiz, ihre einzige LP "Walpurgis" ist bereits legendär und kaum bezahlbar. So erschienen im Laufe der Jahre mehrere Fälschungen davon, aber alle schlecht gemacht. Die ursprüngliche LP auf Garden of Delights ist ausverkauft, die Picture Disc weitgehend. So kommt nun eine ganz neue Ausgabe, und zwar auf weißem Vinyl, mit Deluxe-Booklet von jetzt 36 Seiten im LP-Format. Darin eine sehr ausführliche Geschichte der Gruppe, viele Abbildungen und eine genaue Diskographie samt Label- und Covernachdrucken. Die LP enthält drei Zusatzstücke. Zwei davon sind der oberseltenen Zusammenstellung "1. Schweiz. Rhythm and Blues Festival" entnommen, und die frühe Fassung von "Repent Walpurgis" stammt von einer sogenannten Split-Single mit The Etc auf der anderen Seite. Damit ist auf der LP das gesamte veröffentlichte Werk von The Shiver enthalten. Die Klapphülle, gestaltet von H.R. Giger, wurde unverändert übernommen.

The Shiver are for sure the most renowned psychedelic band of Switzerland. Their one and only LP "Walpurgis" is legendary and hardly affordable. So, evidently, a lot of bootleg versions appeared on the market over the years, but all of them very poorly done. The LP on Garden of Delights comes now on white vinyl, with a 36-page booklet in LP size. It includes a very long band history, a lot of illustrations, and a detailed discography inclusive label and cover repros. The LP has three bonus tracks. Two of those are taken from the very rare compilation "1. Schweiz. Rhythm and Blues Festival". The early version of "Repent Walpurgis" comes from a so-called split single from 1968, where you can find The Etc on its flip side. Thus, the complete released works of The Shiver can be found on this LP. The gatefold cover artwork designed by H.R. Giger was taken over unchanged.
